Our Chief Collaborator and President has over 30 years of management experience in technology companies in positions ranging from operations to marketing and finance. He has significant experience in software, hardware, and workflow process development. He managed the designed, construction and operation of production facilities that had every kind of workplace hazard imaginable. A serial entrepreneur, he's done three start-ups, all of which were sold at positive terms. Most recently, he was CFO and the business development leader for a port district. He earned his MBA from Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University in 1989.

He received his English degree in Creative Writing and Film from Jacksonville University in 1984. Our Chief Evangelist and Executive VP has been a road warrior most of his career. Mr. Solution, this guy is also a serial entrepreneur, who's done four start-ups. For 15 years of his 30 year career, Joseph has been a senior manager of Sales and Marketing teams. In the last 8 years, Joseph has focused on auto-id and accountability applications exclusively for Salamander Technologies, Inc. -- the premier provider of first response technology in the USA. In his role at Salamander, he contributed to building a set of tools for life-safety and security that is unequaled in scope and capability. During his tenure, Salamander grew so fast as to be put on the Inc. Magazine 500 fastest growing company list in 2007.
